Parimatch Google Pay Deposit Debited but Balance Not Updated

I am using the Parimatch Android application and on 9 May at around 10:00 PM IST I tried to deposit ₹300 into my Parimatch account via Google Pay UPI. The money was debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is 122875027207. This was my first deposit attempt on Parimatch using Google Pay UPI, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted Google Pay support, they confirmed that the money had been successfully debited and advised me to check with the merchant. However, Parimatch support is practically non-existent; there is no proper assistance, and it feels like the platform is ignoring customers after taking their money. I request that my ₹300, which was debited under UPI transaction ID 122875027207, be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or alternatively refunded back to my original payment source. I also expect Parimatch to improve its support system so that customers are not left helpless in situations like this.
