Dyson V11 Head Stopped Working, Warranty Still Active — But No Parts in Stock

11The head attachment of my Dyson V11 vacuum broke about 2 months ago and stopped working entirely. I purchased the device from Dyson’s own store, and the warranty is still active. When I contacted the service center and customer support, I was told that they don’t have the head attachment in stock and cannot send it. Because of this, I’ve been left without a solution for nearly 2 months.
Since this is the only vacuum we have at home, we’re experiencing serious difficulties with cleaning. Also, when I purchased the vacuum, I was told that parts like the head attachment were covered under an unlimited warranty, yet no support has been provided. I am requesting a replacement device and kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
