I purchased a Philips chopper set from Trendyol last year, and the product is still under warranty. Approximately four months after purchase, the product started to cause serious problems and eventually became unusable. The blade part fell apart, the spring inside flew out, and the blending stick cracked, so the set can no longer be used safely or properly. I contacted the authorized service within the warranty period, but I was told that these problems were not covered by the warranty and that the product was outside the scope, which I do not find acceptable for a product that has been used for such a short time. I have the invoice and warranty documents for the product. Considering that the chopper set became almost completely ruined in a short time and that the damage is not compatible with normal use expectations, I request the full refund of the amount I paid for this Philips chopper set.
