Dyson's Endless Delays and Frustrating Customer Service

I recently purchased a Dyson upright vacuum cleaner, but it did not start the first time I pressed the power button. It only started working after the third or fourth attempt. I decided to send it to Dyson's service center for repairs because I was frustrated. After a week, I received an SMS informing me that the repair had been completed and that the product would be delivered to me as soon as possible. When I contacted Dyson's service center, they assured me that the item would be shipped within 1-2 days, giving me the option of a refund or replacement. They mentioned that I could also return it to the store where I bought it for an exchange. Despite several assurances, the item was not delivered within the time frame specified. When I inquired, they always cited address errors as the cause of the delay. Even though I provided the correct address, the item was not delivered. This cycle was repeated 4-5 times, with promises of shipment "today or tomorrow," but they never delivered. I'm baffled as to why, despite emphasizing the importance of the situation, they haven't shipped the item. It's extremely disappointing to see a renowned and established company like Dyson act so irresponsibly and carelessly :(
