Dyson V15 Vacuum Head Malfunction

I bought a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, and it suddenly stopped working only 5 months after I bought it. I reached out to customer service and they said they would take care of the problem because it was still covered by the warranty. They decided to replace a part. But, things quickly went downhill and turned into a complete nightmare. It took a really long time to find the stock code for the V15 part. They kept asking me to confirm, and at one point, they even asked if it was the correct one. Finally, they found the part and told me to check on it later. I asked why I have to be in charge of keeping track of the part. They promised to let me know. It's been a whole year, and I still can't figure out how to use my vacuum cleaner. There haven't been any spare parts, solutions, or anyone taking responsibility at all. This is definitely going to end up in a lawsuit.

On October 23rd, when I checked the stock, I saw that the product was in stock. Even the sales representative at the Dyson stand checked the stock and confirmed it was available. Following this, I called Dyson and asked why my order hadn't been shipped yet despite the product being in stock. They told me it wasn't in stock. However, during a previous conversation, I was given a stock code and told that if I periodically checked the stock, my issue would be resolved more quickly. When I mentioned this, they said that this decision was made two weeks ago. I responded that this decision doesn't apply to me because I have been dealing with this for a year and was told otherwise. Then they checked the stock again and confirmed that it was indeed available. They asked for my address and then I received an order confirmation message. However, 10 days passed and I called again, stating that nothing had been shipped to me. The response I received was the same as always: the item was out of stock. On November 9th, I checked the stock again. It still shows as available, yet nothing has been sent to me.
