On October 23rd, when I checked the stock, I saw that the product was in stock. Even the sales representative at the Dyson stand checked the stock and confirmed it was available. Following this, I called Dyson and asked why my order hadn't been shipped yet despite the product being in stock. They told me it wasn't in stock. However, during a previous conversation, I was given a stock code and told that if I periodically checked the stock, my issue would be resolved more quickly. When I mentioned this, they said that this decision was made two weeks ago. I responded that this decision doesn't apply to me because I have been dealing with this for a year and was told otherwise. Then they checked the stock again and confirmed that it was indeed available. They asked for my address and then I received an order confirmation message. However, 10 days passed and I called again, stating that nothing had been shipped to me. The response I received was the same as always: the item was out of stock. On November 9th, I checked the stock again. It still shows as available, yet nothing has been sent to me.
