Dyson Sent Flat Head Instead of Anti-Tangle Spare for V15

The Dyson v15 vacuum cleaner was making strange noises when using the carpet head. When I opened it to see if the hair was tangled, two screws and a broken piece were found. It was only 4 months since I bought the product. The customer service said that they could send an equivalent product within the scope of warranty. I specifically confirmed it, they said it's the same, just the color is different. I accepted, the product arrived and I looked at it, it's a flat head without anti-Tangle feature. If I wanted to buy a product with a flat head, I would buy v11 for less. Anyway, I returned it, I said I want my own title, 2 months have passed, two months still no title! I ask and they say out of stock. They say they don't know when it will come. How many more months or how many years will I wait? So, Dyson, I'm asking you, did I buy the product to keep it as a decoration at home? I trusted you and bought an Airwrap afterwards, I wish I hadn't. Thanks to you, I have the idea that you are a company that does not stand behind its product and cannot properly respond to the demand. Solve the stock part status of old products until you can make a robot vacuum cleaner and a machine that both sweeps and sweeps!! I want to stop making me suffer more and get rid of the victimization as soon as possible! Please stand behind your products!
