Dyson V15 Vacuum Exchange Delay Issue
I own a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum and was informed that they would send a replacement part due to a motor issue. After waiting for months, they called to say the part was unavailable and asked me to send my vacuum to the authorized service center. A while after sending it in, they informed me that they couldn’t procure the part and would provide a new vacuum instead. I sent all my parts back to them, and they assured me that I could immediately place a new order and receive a refund.
However, when I called to place the order, they told me the model was out of stock. Now, weeks have passed without a vacuum, and Dyson has done nothing to resolve my issue. When I offered to pay the difference for a model in stock, they said they couldn't apply a discount code for that unit. Despite all my efforts and multiple calls with customer service, no action has been taken to resolve my problem.

They still haven't contacted me, and for days I've been calling to inform them that the stock has arrived. They say they will get back to me, but they still haven't. There are vacuum cleaners in stock right now, but I can't place an order. By the time they call me, the stock will be gone, and I'll be left waiting for months again.
