Dyson V12 Vacuum Tube Issue Not Resolved After 3 Months of Waiting

I purchased my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum directly from their official store, but shortly after, the vacuum tube developed an issue despite careful use. I contacted Dyson's support, and they confirmed the problem via a video call. From there, the waiting game began. Dyson created two orders for the replacement part, but every time I followed up, I was told that the part was out of stock and awaited from overseas, with no clear timeline on when it would arrive. On around 08/30/2024, they assured me that the part was now in stock and would be shipped within 3 business days. However, the delivery never happened, and I was told once again that the part was not in stock. It’s been 3 months, and my problem still isn’t resolved. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I will be taking my case to Consumer Court. Dyson has been a source of disappointment for me.

The issue is not being resolved, and customer specialists are giving dismissive answers when contacted, failing to bring the matter to a conclusion. They leave no option other than the Consumer Court. Dyson's service and spare parts are very poor.
