In 2023, I bought a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner. A screw came loose from the carpet head, resulting in a loud and bothersome noise. I reached out to the company and they assured me that they would replace it as part of the warranty. However, it has been three months and they still haven't provided a replacement, claiming that there is a shortage of stock. The customer service representatives are not very helpful or knowledgeable. They are unable to provide any information regarding when the parts will be available. I am quite disappointed with the lack of support provided after the sale. I'm still frustrated, and I plan on taking this matter to Consumer Rights. This kind of behavior is not suitable for a reputable company like Dyson.
