Dyson Failed to Send the Replacement Part for My V12 Cordless Vacuum for 3 Months

I purchased my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner from their official store. Shortly after purchasing it, despite using it with care, an issue occurred with the vacuum tube. I called Dyson’s representative by phone, and during a video call, they examined and confirmed the issue. After that, I began waiting. They placed two orders, and during this time, I remained in constant contact. The customer support specialists informed me each time that the part was out of stock, that they were waiting for it, and that since it was coming from abroad, it was uncertain how long it would take to arrive. I patiently waited. Around August 30, 2024, they placed another order and told me the part was in stock and would be shipped within 3 business days. When the shipment didn’t happen, I contacted them again, and once again, they said the part was out of stock and that I should wait. It’s now been 3 months, and my problem is still unresolved. Dyson has become a source of regret for me. If the issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court.

The solution is still not available, the process is still uncertain.
