Dyson V12 Vacuum Cleaner Tube Spare Part Shortage
On May 3, 2024, we contacted Dyson customer service to report an issue with our V12 vacuum's wand, which was covered under warranty. The representative assured us that a new wand would be shipped soon, mentioning it was currently out of stock but would arrive shortly. It's been a staggering 2.5 months, and we're still waiting for the replacement wand. During this time, we've had to borrow vacuums from our neighbors just to keep our home clean.
We've called repeatedly to explain our predicament, but Dyson has been utterly unhelpful. At this point, I'm demanding they send us a brand new vacuum. If they don't comply, I'll be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court this week. Purchasing a Dyson has been nothing but regret. For reference, our Dyson complaint file number is 29034409.
