Delayed Refund from Dyson: 1 Month Wait and No Resolution Acquired

I bought a hair dryer as a gift for my wife on 8 May 2023 from the Dyson website. However, on the same day, when my wife realized that she wanted Airwrap, I returned it without opening the box. On May 11, I received confirmation that he had received the attachments. As of today, June 07th, they still haven't made my refund (no payment has been made for 1 month). My payment has not been made yet, I cannot find an addressee to resolve my grievance. Throughout this process, I have contacted customer service a total of 6 times, with each conversation ending in them promising to provide me with updates, but I have not received any follow-up. Not only has my refund not been issued, but I also can't seem to find anyone who can address and resolve my frustration.
