Demanding Delivery Resolution for Temu Order Sent via Skynet

On August 25, I placed an order on Temu with tracking number 710230674344, shipped via Skynet Cargo. Although the system shows the package as delivered, it has not been delivered to my address in Trabzon, İskenderpaşa Neighborhood. The shipment contains items worth approximately $46. I checked the shipping and recipient details, and there are no errors. I have not yet contacted Skynet customer service. I request that my grievance regarding this order be resolved and that my package be delivered to me.
