About 5–6 months ago, I noticed that my Royal Match account was banned without any warning. I suddenly lost access to my account without fully understanding what I had done, and I was later told that the reason was repeating the same phrase 3–4 times in the game chat.
I contacted the support team through the in-game help feature regarding my account, which I played on my Samsung A51 device, but I was told that it was not possible to lift the ban. I am currently unable to send any messages to my friends during the game or communicate with them at all. I did not intentionally violate any rules, and I do not believe it is fair to impose such a restriction simply because I repeated the same expression a few times.
I request that my account and chat records be reviewed and that this unfair ban be removed so I can continue playing the game normally with my friends.
