Dyson Airwrap Multistyler Delivery Mystery and Courier Issues
December 4, 2023, purchased a Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler product from dyson.com.tr for my daughter's birthday on December 7, 2023. I was informed that the "so-called" courier company, Sendeo, which I had never heard of before and with whom I had no choice in working with, would be delivering the product to me. On December 5, 2023, I received a message stating that the product would be delivered to me with tracking number 234926667635. Since December 6, 2023, up until today, December 12, 2023, I have had multiple conversations with both DYSON and SENDEO, explaining that I haven't received my shipment and the product I paid for has not yet arrived. Each time, they assured me that a file was opened, and someone would contact me soon, but no one has contacted me, and the product is still nowhere to be found. Sendeo claims that the item is still in their main warehouse and hasn't even started its journey to reach me, and they cannot predict when it will be dispatched. Dyson customer representatives, on the other hand, respond to my refund request by advising me to reject the product at the door. The problem wouldn't exist if the product had reached my doorstep. I paid the money to DYSON. This responsibility or irresponsibility lies with you. Because of this product, which I bought as a birthday gift for my daughter on December 7, 2023, but still hasn't arrived, I have been humiliated with my money. I've experienced stress and frustration with every call, embarrassed my daughter, and made her upset. Beside the inconveniences caused by your mistakes and irresponsibility, I cannot wait for the product to reach you, and I have no such obligation. Immediately process the refund and return my money to my card. The DYSON company, whose products I have been using in my home for years, should rectify this embarrassment immediately. Refund my money. My humble suggestion to what we considered a world-renowned brand, DYSON, is to abandon this absurd courier company called SENDEO. I urgently demand a positive response and a solution.
