Skynet Worldwide Express Shows ‘Local Courier’ but No Delivery

On November 12, I purchased baby clothing totaling $80 from Nexy Baby’s official website under order number 006425344925. My delivery address is Ağrı / Doğubayazıt. Even though 10 days have passed since I placed the order, I have still not received my items. The tracking status shows “with local courier,” and the shipment was sent via Skynet Worldwide Express. However, I have not received any SMS or email notification to date. In addition, I was not sent an invoice or payment confirmation after completing the purchase.
I tried to contact customer service regarding the delay, but I was unable to reach a Turkish-speaking representative and could not find anyone to properly address my issue.
If my order is not delivered promptly, or if I am asked to pay additional fees such as customs charges, I would like to request a refund. I kindly ask to be urgently informed about the status of my order and for my grievance to be resolved.
