Dyson Failed Me: Three Months Waiting for a Promised Part

Dyson did not send the replacement part they promised. My old product broke down, so I sent it in for repair. They told me it needed to be replaced. When I checked the new product they were going to send (Dyson Airwrap ID), I noticed that it didn’t include the diffuser attachment. I said I would only accept the replacement if they also sent the diffuser. They agreed, and I completed the exchange on February 28, 2025. It’s been nearly three months now, and I still haven’t received the diffuser attachment. I’ve called customer service maybe ten times during this process, and no one has been helpful. I have curly hair, and I specifically bought the Dyson for the diffuser. Right now, my 20,000₺ investment is useless. Please, buy from brands that actually offer support and communication. Dyson is definitely not one of them. For the past three months, I’ve been checking every day to see if I can buy the diffuser myself. On top of that, they even told me that I am supposed to call them and remind them. This level of customer service is unacceptable. They promised to send me the part three months ago, and I’m still waiting.
