Skynet Cargo Delivery From Instagram Seller Raises Fraud Concerns

On October 15, 2025, I ordered men’s underwear (boxers) through an Instagram advertisement, with cash on delivery via Skynet Cargo. The ad stated that I would receive 12 items in total—10 purchased plus 2 free. However, I was sent 10 low-quality boxers in the same color that looked nothing like the products shown in the advertisement. In addition, the package only listed the sender’s company name; there was no invoice, contact information, or address included.
The delivery was made to my workplace, and I paid $18 in cash upon receipt. I want to return the product, but there is no contact information available to reach either the seller or the shipping company. I have been misled and request a full refund of my payment. This is the first time I have experienced a situation like this, and I am seeking a resolution.
