Corendon Airlines is hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me €20 (₺ equivalent) at the airport, claiming I didn’t complete the online check-in. But here’s the catch: they never even sent me a check-in email! When I brought this up, I was told “that’s not how the system works.” That’s absurd. Every major airline sends a reminder or a link for check-in. Not Corendon. Instead, they just wait until you arrive and charge you for their failure.
And the nightmare didn’t end there. After landing, I found my suitcase wheel was completely broken. I tried to report the damage, but they refused to assist in any way—zero accountability. No apology, no resolution, just pure indifference.
It’s outrageous that a company can treat paying customers like this and get away with it. I will never fly with Corendon again and urge others to think twice before booking. I expect a full refund for the unjust check-in fee and compensation for my damaged luggage. Corendon needs to take responsibility—this is not how a professional airline should operate.
