For about one month, I have been unable to update the phone number and email address linked to my Bybit account. The system keeps sending verification codes to my old phone number and old email address, but I no longer have any access to either of them.
Even though I have a balance in my account, I cannot properly access my account or perform transactions because of this issue. I also cannot find a direct customer support channel at Bybit to explain the situation, which makes the problem even more frustrating.
I am requesting that my phone number and email address be updated through identity verification and that my access to my account be fully restored. I urgently need support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
