Bybit iOS App Fails Identity Verification With “No Connection” Error

I am unable to complete the identity verification process on the Bybit TR app using my iOS device. At the stage where the process should move to a live video verification, I consistently receive the error message “No connection, please try again later.” I have tried approximately 20 times since yesterday, but the issue has not been resolved at all.
I can access other parts of the application without any problems, but because the identity verification cannot be completed, I am unable to use my account properly. Additionally, I cannot find a phone number or an easily accessible support channel to contact customer service directly for assistance.
I am requesting that Bybit TR urgently fix this technical issue related to the video verification step, or alternatively, manually approve my account or provide a reliable solution that allows me to complete the identity verification process without errors.
