Bybit Live Video Verification Fails With No Support Response

I attempted to complete identity verification through the Bybit TR app, but during the live video call step, I waited for a full hour without anyone answering the call. I am using an Android device, and this was my first attempt at verification, yet I encountered an unreasonably long wait time with no response.
I could not find any customer service phone number, and since I do not have time to go back and forth via email, I expected this issue to be resolved directly through the app. Unfortunately, I still received no assistance or follow-up. Because I cannot complete identity verification, I am unable to use my account, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that Bybit TR respond promptly and seriously to my video verification request, reduce these excessive waiting times to a reasonable level, and verify my account as soon as possible so I can start using the platform without further delays.
