Bybit Delays Bank Deposit and Ignores Submitted Documents

On December 13, 2025, around 5:00 PM, I made two separate bank transfers to my Bybit TR account. One transfer was approximately $3,125 USD, and the second transfer was approximately $3,122 USD. However, both of these transfers are currently shown as blocked on the exchange, and I am unable to use the funds or perform any transactions with my balance.

I have contacted Bybit TR support multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I receive only automated responses stating that the transactions are under review and that I will be contacted. I have submitted all requested documents in full, and I have been explicitly informed that there are no missing documents or errors on my part. Despite this, the block on my funds has still not been lifted.

I am requesting that both transfers be released immediately and fully credited to my Bybit TR account, or, if that is not possible, that the full amounts be returned to my bank account. If a concrete solution is not provided within 5 business days from the publication date of this complaint, I will initiate legal action.

I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay, along with a clear and written explanation of the reason for this blockage.
