Corendon Airlines Canceled My Munich-Izmir Flight Twice

Hello, my name is Halil. In November 2023, I booked round-trip tickets for three people from Munich to Izmir. In April 2024, I received a message stating my flight was canceled. I had already reserved parking at Munich airport for that date, but I couldn't get a refund. Corendon Airlines suggested an alternative flight from Nuremberg to Izmir, which did not align with our vacation schedule and involved a 4-day shift. Despite adjusting, I was recently informed that my return flight was canceled again.

This time, I had already made hotel reservations in Turkey, and they could not offer a flight on the same dates I needed. As a result, I had to cancel my flight and book new tickets with SunExpress, now at a higher price than if I had booked a year ago.

I want to raise this issue because we, as working individuals, trust these airlines to make our plans. Why don't you adhere to the same level of seriousness and respect? Regards.

Hello Corendon family. Unfortunately, every flight experience I have ends in a fiasco. What I write is of no use, unfortunately, because you will again direct it to the necessary concerned friends, but the result will be the same, no solution. My ticket to fly from Munich was canceled, then moved to Nuremberg, canceled again, and then rescheduled to another date in Nuremberg. The money I spent on the car rental company went to waste. The money I spent on reserving a parking spot at Munich airport is also gone. I don't want my money back; today was the worst journey I have had in 25 years. The staff working at counters number 58 and the female employee next to them, who did not want to give her name, made things incredibly difficult for me. Almost half of my luggage went to waste due to their obstinacy. The obsessive employee at the baggage control at counter number 58 made me go through baggage control everywhere. I do not forgive you for the food you made me throw away. I am writing this so that the person with the rude behavior at counter number 58, who does not know how to approach people, and the female employee next to them who behaved the same way, receive the necessary warning. There were 96 passengers on the Corendon plane; now I understand why. I am calling on you to take things more seriously. I hope this message reaches the high-level executives. Sincerely.

Of course, it can happen, but it's not normal to cancel a ticket every two months... Also, put yourself in the shoes of your passenger who is affected. I don't need to explain the problems we face when we take a day off from the places we work.
