We planned a 6-day trip abroad, arranging both outbound and return flights. On June 22, 2024, we had a return flight from Nuremberg to Izmir at 01:50. Unfortunately, Corendon Air canceled the flight. Upon searching for alternative flights, we found that there was a flight every 3 days. Reluctantly, we had to book the Nuremberg-Izmir flight for June 20, 2024 at 22:30, two days earlier. Yesterday, we received a message from Corendon Airlines stating that the flight time had changed again. They rescheduled this flight to 17 hours earlier. When we contacted customer service, they said they could transfer us to a flight to Antalya on the same day but would not cover the extra cost for us to return from Antalya to Izmir. Corendon Airlines not only ruined our vacation, stole a day from our trip, and forced us into an exhausting journey, but also refused to cover the extra flight cost to return to our desired destination.
