Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with Corendon Airlines regarding the İzmir-Vienna flight. I bought a ticket for July 29, 2024, but the flight time got modified. I had to cancel my plans, but unfortunately, after sending an email, I didn't receive any further communication. Three tickets were unexpectedly canceled without any prior notice. Typically, airlines will notify you and provide a refund in the event of a flight time change. Corendon failed to provide any notification and refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately, I've managed to misplace both my funds and my travel passes.
