On September 19, 2025, while I was only trying to check installment options on Cambly’s payment page, my account was suddenly charged ₺5,148. Normally, a 3D Secure code should be sent for confirmation, but no code ever came—yet the payment still went through. On top of that, even though the site displayed a monthly price, the full annual fee was charged in a single transaction.
Right after the purchase, without using the service at all, I immediately submitted a cancellation request to the email address listed on Cambly’s website. I only received an automated reply asking for my cancellation reason and saying I would get a response within one business day. However, 2–3 days have passed, and I still haven’t received any update, while my subscription continues to show as active.
I also read other users’ complaints where Cambly only issued partial refunds. Since I have never used the service and canceled right after the charge, I demand a full refund of ₺5,148. I will not accept any incomplete refund.
My registered email is b*********@gmail.com. I expect my cancellation request to be processed immediately and my full payment to be returned without deductions.
