On 03/03/2026, I made a UPI deposit of ₹10,000 from my HDFC Bank account to my XM trading account number 92121468. The transaction was debited from my bank, and the reference number shown in my HDFC records is 606222144258. However, even though the money has left my HDFC account, it has still not been credited to my XM trading account. I contacted XM support about this issue approximately 8 hours ago, but so far, no effective action has been taken, and the amount is still missing. I am very concerned because this is a significant amount, and I was expecting to use these funds for trading. I request that this ₹10,000 UPI deposit with reference number 606222144258 be located and immediately credited to my XM trading account 92121468 as soon as possible, and that I be informed once the credit has been completed.
