Sugo App Won’t Let Me Send Messages on Android
I am an Android user of the Sugo application, and starting from 3 March 2026, I suddenly cannot send messages to anyone on the platform. Previously, my account could be used normally, and I did not make any changes, but today, all my sending attempts fail, so I cannot communicate with other users at all. Because of this problem, I contacted Sugo support and was directed to human services, but until now, my messaging ability has not been restored, and I have not received a clear solution. This condition is very disturbing because it prevents me from using my account as usual. I kindly request that my Sugo account be immediately checked and restored so that I can send messages to everyone again without restrictions. I also ask for a clear explanation of what caused this limitation on my account so that the same thing does not happen again in the future.
