Cambly Kids Unauthorized Renewal Fee! Need URGENT Refund


On February 9, 2025, Cambly charged ₺3,422.50 from my account without my knowledge or consent. Apparently, it was processed as an automatic payment, but I never authorized this transaction. As a student, this is a huge financial burden, and I demand an immediate refund.
I have already contacted Cambly via email, yet I have not received any helpful response so far. It is unacceptable to withdraw money without explicit approval and then ignore refund requests.
I expect urgent action from Cambly’s support team. This issue must be resolved immediately, and my money should be returned without further delay.
