SHEIN Refund is Still Missing
I am writing regarding two pairs of shoes and one dress I purchased from SHEIN, for which I have been waiting for a credit/refund since January, and have still not received my money back. The relevant orders are Order No. GSU1TE02M000MP5 for the shoes and Order No. GSU1TE02M000MP6 for the dress, paid by credit card. The issue started on 1/11/26, and I was informed that the credit would be processed by the end of January, but nothing has been credited to my account. Since the end of January, I have tried to contact SHEIN customer service at least four times. None of the contact information provided for customer service has worked properly, and I have not received any meaningful response or solution. As a result, I have been left without my refund for a long time despite following all the instructions. I request that my outstanding credit for these two orders be processed immediately and refunded to my credit card without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once this is completed.
