Cambly Canceled My Subscription After Charging Me Twice Without My Consent

Dear Cambly Legal Department, I am formally notifying you of a breach of contract regarding my subscription. Cambly unlawfully charged my account twice and, after fully refunding one of the payments, wrongfully terminated my active subscription without prior notice or my consent. Despite my multiple communications since last year, this matter remains unresolved. I was denied access to services I paid for, and Cambly unjustly retained 23,380.65₺. In my prior correspondence under ticket #3491615, I clearly outlined the situation. However, you falsely stated that a refund was made on April 9. As of April 28, no such payment has been received according to my bank. You have also admitted my entitlement to a refund in writing. Cambly processed duplicate charges and, upon reversing one, unilaterally canceled my 12-month subscription (three 30-minute sessions per week) without any notice. Despite full payment, my account displayed a “Subscribe” prompt, meaning I had no service access. This financial loss is significant, equating to essential living expenses. Your actions constitute a breach of contract and violate consumer protection laws. I have officially filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, seeking the full principal amount plus statutory interest for delayed payment. You are hereby requested to refund the full amount together with accrued legal interest within 7 (seven) business days of receiving this notice. Failure to comply will result in immediate legal actions, including a criminal complaint to the Public Prosecutor and a civil lawsuit for damages. All legal and attorney’s fees will also be claimed. This is my final notice demanding full settlement. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves to avoid further escalation.

"Hello, Yes, but your message mentions the campaign. You said it shows the price as Monthly/TL and that you are comparing unit prices. While it is clearly indicated in large black fonts, on the payment page it is only shown as a tiny 2390TL. I do not want to take advantage of your campaign. I want to cancel the subscription and request a refund. Thank you."
