Cambly Kids Unauthorized Renewal Fee! Need URGENT Refund

On 02.10.2025, a renewal fee of ₺15,762.52 was withdrawn from my account for my Cambly Kids monthly subscription without my permission or approval. I received no prior notification (such as email or SMS) that the subscription would be renewed; the only message I got was after the payment, stating “your payment has been processed.” Immediately after the charge, I contacted Cambly Kids customer service in writing to request the cancellation of the transaction and a refund, but I have not received any response. The email address linked to my account is esd***@gmail.com. This is the first time such an issue has happened, and it has caused me serious inconvenience. I urgently request the unauthorized fee to be refunded and that necessary measures be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
