I Report Cambly Wrongfully Charged Me Instead of Monthly Fee

On September 18, 2025, I purchased a Cambly subscription, expecting to pay 3,500 TL per month with a discount code. However, without any warning, Cambly charged my credit card 42,254 TL in a single payment for 12 months. Even after entering my card PIN, there was no notice that the entire yearly amount would be charged upfront.

The checkout page design is misleading. The first screen only shows the monthly price, while the full amount is hidden in smaller text on the second screen. This creates the false impression that the plan will be billed monthly.

I just purchased the subscription today and have not used it at all. I immediately tried to contact Cambly customer service, but I have not received any response. The fact that I cannot reach support makes the situation even more frustrating.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my membership and a full refund of the 42,254 TL that was wrongfully charged to my credit card. My account is registered with the email address e**********@gmail.com, and my customer ID is 5f72ef4e6c0c4d589dfd9a2c.

I request urgent resolution of this issue.
