1win IMPS Withdrawal Missing After Success Status

I have a withdrawal issue with my 1win website account linked to my gaming ID 357704072. On 25.02.2026 at around 3:25 PM, I created a withdrawal request for 3,597 INR using the IMPS withdrawal method to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. On the same day at around 6:25 PM (18:25), the transaction status on 1win started showing as successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted 1win support via live chat, and they created a PMNT reference number 4440811 for this issue. I also received a reply from 1win stating that my withdrawal was successful, and that if I did not receive the funds within 3 to 15 days, I should send a bank confirmation screenshot and bank statement so they could investigate further. I have already provided the requested bank confirmation screenshot and bank statement, but they are now only asking me to wait for 15 days without giving any clear resolution or confirmation about where my money is. I expect that 1win either immediately credits the 3,597 INR to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account or clearly explains what went wrong with this IMPS transaction and resolves the issue without further delays. I request that this matter be investigated urgently using PMNT-4440811 and that my missing funds be returned to me as soon as possible.
Hello! This withdrawal was successfully processed and transferred to the specified details. Funds may be delayed in being credited to your account; withdrawal requests may take between 3 and 15 days to process. If the user applies again and claims that his bank has not received the withdrawal: you need to ask for a screenshot of the bank's response and a statement from the date of withdrawal till today and open new ticket with this information.

The worst part is that I received the same reply as from customer support. Please re-inquire about my payment and create a new request.
