Pegasus Canceled My Flight but Has Not Issued a Refund

My Pegasus flight PC3517 from Elazığ to Antalya on January 23, 2026, was canceled by Pegasus due to “operational reasons.”

After receiving an SMS notification at 04:35 AM on January 23, 2026, I completed the ticket cancellation process as instructed.

However, despite a significant amount of time passing, the ticket refund has still not been issued.

I opened a complaint case with reference number 14273777, but since January 29, 2026, the issue has still not been resolved.

Even though I have called customer service multiple times and provided the requested information repeatedly, I have not received any concrete solution.

The ticket cost was approximately $285, and I paid for it using my credit card. I cannot accept that the payment for a service that was canceled and never provided has still not been refunded.

It is unacceptable for Pegasus to keep the payment for a flight that was never operated, as this unfairly disadvantages the customer.

I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card immediately and without any deductions, since the service was never delivered.
