Cambly Automatic Renewal Charged My Card Without Permission

Last year, I purchased an individual one-year membership from Cambly. Around 1:30 a.m. on October 29, 2025, approximately around $524 was charged to my credit card for renewal without my approval or consent. I was never informed in advance that an automatic renewal or payment would occur. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Cambly and requested a refund, but I have not received any response so far. I also reached out to my bank, but my dispute was rejected. My membership is currently active, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Since this unauthorized charge violates consumer protection laws, I request a full refund of the amount paid.
