• Open a Dispute: Navigate to your order history on AliExpress and locate the missing order. Click the "Open dispute" button next to the order.
• Explain the Situation: Provide a clear explanation of why you are opening the dispute, which in this case is the missing shipment, in the dispute. Give a thorough explanation.
• Submit Evidence: Provide evidence to back up your claim. Attaching screenshots of the tracking information indicating that the package did not arrive could be part of this.
• Wait for AliExpress Review: AliExpress will investigate your complaint and make a decision. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you will be refunded in full for your purchase.
