Aliexpress Order Marked as Delivered but Sent to the Wrong Address

I placed an order on Aliexpress, but it was marked as delivered even though I never received it. I contacted the seller, and their response was unhelpful. When I followed up with PTT, they also claimed it was delivered, but the name, surname, and address listed were completely different from mine.

This mistake is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for this order and expected it to be delivered to me, not someone else. I demand Aliexpress investigate this issue immediately and ensure that my order is either redelivered to the correct address or refunded promptly. Customers should not have to face such negligence and lack of accountability. Fix this now, Aliexpress!
