I placed an order on AliExpress using my correct address, yet my package was sent to another city, Mersin, and to a different recipient. The order details clearly show my name, address, and phone number, but PTT claims the recipient is someone else entirely.
I contacted the seller, but they have not responded. How is this possible when my details are correct? More importantly, how will the package be redirected to me? This situation is extremely frustrating, and I expect a resolution immediately.
AliExpress must investigate how such an error occurred and ensure the package is sent to my correct address promptly. I also request better communication and accountability from the seller and platform.
