On the 8th of this month, I ordered a cordless pressure washer from AliExpress, but it has yet to arrive. Using the tracking number, I discovered an issue with the shipping. Despite providing my correct address in Antalya, the package was sent to Ankara under a completely different name.
I even contacted PTT Cargo for clarification, but they confirmed that the delivery address and recipient are incorrect. This mix-up is unacceptable, and I’m left without the product I paid for. I request AliExpress to immediately investigate this issue, ensure the package is redirected to me, or provide a full refund. Clear communication and a resolution are urgently needed to fix this frustrating situation.
