AliExpress Order Has Not Arrived Four Months After Purchase

On February 16, 2026, I purchased the product titled “32026 New 10 Sets AD5X Nozzle Silicone Sock and Cleaning Brush for Adventurer 5X 3D Printer” through AliExpress under order number 1119027618304376. I paid approximately $14 for the item at the time of purchase.

Despite several months having passed since the order date, the product has still not been delivered. As of June 2026, there have been no meaningful updates in the shipping records, and I have not received any communication, notification, or explanation regarding the status of my order. No one has contacted me to explain the delay or provide an estimated delivery date.

The order was placed for delivery to my address in the Osmangazi neighborhood of Odunpazarı, Eskişehir. However, the package has not arrived, and the tracking information appears to be stalled without any recent activity.

I also attempted to seek assistance regarding the delayed shipment, but I was unable to find a customer service phone number for either the seller or AliExpress. Because of this lack of accessible support, I have been unable to effectively follow up on the missing order or obtain clear information about its status.

I request that AliExpress either ensure the product is delivered to my specified address as soon as possible or provide a full refund of the approximately $14 I paid for the order. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the reason for the delay and the current status of the shipment.
