AliExpress claims my package was delivered, but it's been 35 days, and I haven't received anything! I've been waiting patiently, yet now I'm told it was supposedly delivered—this is completely unacceptable. I’ve noticed many similar complaints online, which means AliExpress clearly has a widespread issue with packages falsely marked as "delivered." How can a company of this size allow customers to suffer such frustration without providing solutions?

AliExpress, immediately investigate my missing package, clarify this false delivery status, and issue a full refund of my ₺ payment. I'm tired of being misled and left without answers. If this issue isn't resolved urgently, I'll escalate it further.
