Aliexpress Sent My Laptop to the Wrong Address, No Response from Seller

I ordered a laptop from Aliexpress, but the product's barcode was linked to another person. As a result, the package was delivered to the wrong address. The seller has not responded to any of my messages, leaving me without any resolution.

I regret purchasing from Aliexpress due to this lack of accountability. I initiated a return request, but I have yet to receive any reply. My order number is 1109827110319727. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I cannot find anyone to take responsibility for this error.

I demand an immediate resolution. Either refund my money or ensure that the correct product is sent to me. This experience has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable!
