Aliexpress Marked My Order as Delivered, But I Never Received It

I ordered a product from Aliexpress, but it never arrived. Despite this, the system shows the item as delivered, which is completely false. I can’t track the package, and I have no idea which shipping company is handling it or where it might be. Reaching customer service has been nearly impossible, and the seller isn’t responding to any of my messages. I’m left with no product and no way to get help. I’m demanding a full refund immediately, as this situation is unacceptable. Aliexpress, fix this issue and process my refund without further delay!
