AliExpress Delivered My Order to the Wrong Address – No Support to Fix It

I ordered a product from AliExpress, and it was delivered to the wrong address. My shipping address is in Tekirdağ, but the package was marked as delivered in Istanbul. However, I never received it! I have been trying to contact AliExpress and the shipping company, but there is no one to assist me.

This is incredibly frustrating because I ordered a toy for my child, and now we are left empty-handed with no resolution. Where is my package, and how can I get it? If anyone has faced a similar issue and found a solution, please let me know. AliExpress, I need immediate support to retrieve my order or get a refund!
