AliExpress Says My Order Was Delivered, But PTT Cargo Can’t Track It
I'm rather annoyed! According to my AliExpress order status, "delivery," yet PTT Cargo tells me the tracking number is wrong when I check with them. The package never showed up; I have no idea where it might have come from.
All AliExpress says when I get help is "We shipped it, contact your local courier." But given PTT's system does not even have a tracking number, how can I accomplish that? Where on earth is my package? This is under responsibility of who? Does it get caught in customs? Why is PTT Cargo not helping?
AliExpress, also I am demanding a fix! Tell me exactly where my order is, or offer an instant complete refund. I require responses right immediately.
