Aliexpress is Confusing, And Starting To Give Me The Biggest Ache Ever

I have been a loyal AliExpress customer for years, recommending them to tons of people who usually shop with something like Amazon, as a cheaper, better option. However, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my account has been recently treated, following a series of orders shipped with UniUni that never arrived on time. On April 2, I placed multiple small orders, including items like a Badge, a squishy taba making kit, and hair accessories, to be delivered to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. It was intended for my Dad's Birthday, which was on the 8th. The estimated delivery date for these items was April 16. A little late, but still in the same month. However, the shipments became stuck in transit with UniUni. At first, it was a little stuck in Chicago. All of my packages usually get super stuck there. Then it went to Dallas... It stayed there until the 4th of May. In Dallas, that tracking information had already stopped updating entirely. Even though the estimated delivery dates were being passed. Since nothing arrived, I requested refunds on May 2 and May 4, since that's what Aliexpress was showing as the next thing to do on their app (I primarily use the app). As I usually did, I went on providing the tracking information via screenshots (of 17track, but the numbers were copied from Aliexpress first) that clearly showed the packages were stuck, saying "Out for Delivery" for a good few days. AliExpress approved and issued refunds without requiring any returns, which confirmed that the situation was acknowledged as a very, very late delivery, and likely, a lost/stolen package (keep in mind that I was not aware that the package would show up waaaaay later), not a buyer issue. Despite this, despite all of that headache (Uniuni's customer service is rancidly awful), on May 7, as what the penalty time states, AliExpress gave ME, the one who had to wait for a package I was beyond convinced was stolen, an account violation. On my profile. With the following details: “Violation type: Account Protection. Violation reason: Significant abnormalities with the return you submitted. Violation Impact: -”. Although the impact field shows a dash, in reality, I have not been able to purchase anything at all since this violation was applied. As of typing this, they keep immediately closing any order attempts (I only tried twice), and have not given me my money back for a purchase that was just denied a few very short hours ago. I feel I am being treated as if I lied, or as if I'm one of those garbage TikTok people that buy a lotta stuff and then return it all back as if that's okay to do... or as if I attempted to steal, despite acting honestly and providing what evidence I could get for.... a violation that still doesn't make any sense to me. I did not receive any of the refunded items at the time the violation was issued, and I still have not been given a clear explanation of what AliExpress believes I did wrong. Like.... is it because of the refund dates?? If so, then that's an Aliexpress issue, because despite my items being grouped and shipped together, as well as purchased at the exact same time, I still had to wait Two extra days to even get a refund on the other half (Order exactly consisted of: Hair clips and hair pins, Hair sprays, A Star Trek badge for my dad's birthday, and a Squishy, sticky Taba making set). Or was it because it was finally delivered about a good few days after I got the confirmation that my refund went through without needing to physically return anything?? If that's true, then that's even more ridiculous, because the EXACT same thing happened with a sweater I brought on there YEARS ago, and even then, it arrived just as late. Simply, I want AliExpress to explain exactly what specific action or behavior is being labeled as a “significant abnormality” instead of hiding behind a vague, blanket statement. It doesn't help any of us buyers if we don't know what exactly is wrong to provide any useful evidence. Second, I request that this violation be removed from my account, as the situation was caused by a shipping failure with UniUni, not by any dishonest conduct on my part. Third, I want my ability to purchase on AliExpress to be fully restored, and I do not want to face this kind of treatment again, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Fourth, I expect a written apology for wrongly flagging my account and a confirmation that I will be placed on a list so that I am not arbitrarily suspected in this way in the future. Finally, I request that UniUni be blacklisted from delivering to my residence, because if a more reliable shipping company had been used, none of these issues and this unfair violation would have occurred.
