Aliexpress Tracking Shows My Order Delivered but It Went to Someone Else
I ordered something and got the tracking number LZ043369478CN, but it looks like this number might be wrong. The tracking says my package is delivered, but I still haven't got it. I reached out to the post office and got an official document that confirms the package was delivered in Istanbul to someone named Y*** A***, who I have no ties to. It's really annoying to have the order show as delivered when it definitely hasn't arrived. I’ve shared all the required details, including the official paperwork from the post office, and I’m looking for prompt help to sort this out. I’m looking for either a replacement or a full refund because I shouldn’t have to deal with a mistake in delivery.
Progress
There was no progress, the order never came to me, I received the official documents from customs and PTT Cargo, but there is no document that you sent to my address on my behalf, I want a document from the seller company that they sent it to my address, they do not send it either. My order didn't arrive.
