I Face Undelivered AliExpress Smartwatch Order and Refund Request
On July 25, 2025, I placed an order on AliExpress through the Shop1103307936 store for a smartwatch (Order No: 1114631699443877). The total cost was $57.62, which I paid in full at the time of purchase.
It has now been over one month, and my order has still not been delivered. The tracking information is unavailable, making it impossible to follow up on the shipment status. I contacted AliExpress customer service, but no solution or meaningful update was provided, leaving me stuck waiting without any progress.
I have never experienced such an issue with AliExpress before, which makes this situation especially disappointing. Since the product was never delivered and I received no clear communication, I am requesting a full refund of $57.62. I expect AliExpress to handle this matter promptly and ensure that customers are not left without their products or their money.
